Sworn and certified translation
Do you want your foreign personal or business documents to be legally accepted and valid in Italy? Do you need a sworn translation? As a qualified translator registered with the Chamber of Commerce, I can personally translate and swear your documents at my local court. If your documents need to be valid abroad, I will request a legalisation for you (or an Apostille for countries that are signatories to The Hague Convention).
- Qualifications (certificates, school reports, university degrees...)
- Birth, adoption, death, marriage and civil partnership certificates
- Personal documents (ID cards, residency permits, driving licences...)
- Judgements
- Notarial acts
- Affidavits
- Contracts
- Business documents
- Wills
- Powers of Attorney
- And any other type of document that must be legally valid in Italy
Please note that there is an additional charge for sworn translations, besides the cost of the translation itself. This is to cover stamp duties that will be imposed by the court based on the length of your documents.
